My love for photography started when I was 8, the first time my Dad showed me his old film camera. From there I was able to develop and refine my art by taking basic DSLR photography classes, a darkroom photography class, and by watching YouTube videos. My main subject of my photos was my sport – equestrian eventing. This was where I developed my absolute love for sports photography, and focused on being able to hit the time right before the horse took a step, or took off for a jump, to click the picture. Below are some examples of my favorite photographs from the eventing world, as well as some from a couple other sports.
